Run entirely by unpaid volunteers, Keep It 100 champions positive choices and supports young people to overcome the challenges they face in today’s world. With rising concerns around youth violence, exploitation, and mental ill health, our mission is to offer a safe, proactive alternative.

We provide innovative programmes that steer young people away from violence, including weapon-related harms and street crime. Our innovative Essex Youth Directory of activites and wellbeing support services  include and interactive Essex youth Map, our pioneering Amnesty Bin locator offer practical tools and information, ensuring that vital support is always within reach.

Mental well-being is at the core of informed decision-making. Through discreet signposting and community-led initiatives, we help young people access the support they need to thrive emotionally, socially and creatively.

We also believe in the power of supporting creativity as a form of positive inclusion and potentially a career pathway. Our creative mentoring schemes link young people with real industry influencers, opening doors to exciting careers in the arts, music, design and media. These creative pathways not only inspire ambition but also promote positive recognition and self-expression.

Our programmes include social art workshops, youth networking events and peer-led discussions, all designed to spark meaningful conversations around mental health and the impact of violence. These safe spaces allow young creatives to collaborate, build skills and share their experiences.
