Chelmsford amnesty bins

As part of the Knife Angel visit, a legacy is the Keep It 100 Chelmsford amnesty bins. These were recently cleared as part of Essex Police bins collection. The bins are well used and taking potential lethal blades away form the streets of Chelmsford permanently.
